By furnishing your tour you can change the entire feeling of a space. You change a house into a home. We have an extensive library that is continuously expanding.
You may decide to pick a style and we can dress the tour or you can supply a planning document with style and references which we can match.
If you have your own 3D models then please get in touch as we can add your own bespoke furniture to your tour.
Change floors and walls
Virtual staging does not have to begin and end with the addition of furniture. We can change floor materials, wall colours and even refit entire interiors. Adding interior walls and in some cases removing existing furniture can be completed. Please get in touch for these more specific requirements.

FAQs
How do you stage my tour?
It begins with you briefing our team on the specific requirements for your staging. You will need to transfer your tour to us, we will stage it and once complete, we will transfer the tour back to you.
Tours need to be empty and unfurnished.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is based on the total area of the space that needs to be staged.
What is the project process?
Once we have taken the brief and the furniture has been picked you will receive a work-in-progress with reduced spots. This is your opportunity to agree that the project is taking shape in accordance with your brief. This work-in-progress will be a draft version of the final tour. Once you have approved the draft we finalize and deliver your tour.
How many revisions do I get?
It is important that your style and furniture selections match your expectations for the final delivery. We include one round of feedback on the draft tour as standard, which can be used to comment on the draft as compared to the initial brief and agree that the project is progressing as expected.
A total rebrief and design by visualization will be billed additionally. To avoid additional fees it is important to make decisions, provide references or plans as part of the initial order.
What cameras do you support?
In order for us to complete a virtual staging, the space must be captured with a Matterport Pro, Pro2 or BLK360. The scans must be part of the tour. We cannot stage 360 views.
How long does it take?
The full virtual staging process can take as little as 48 hours. In our experience, we have found the approval and design process can take longer, which is dependent on the quality of the brief provided by you, and the speed of the approval process. However, our toolset allows us to technically complete any project in a few hours.
Will you need my Matterpak?
No, we can access everything we need to on our end via our own dedicated Matterport channel.
What furniture styles do you have?
We have an extensive and constantly expanding library of furniture. We will share furniture styles during the briefing stage.
Can you remove existing furniture?
We do not offer this as part of our standard service. Although possible, we review this on a per-project basis.
Can you add walls and floors?
We do not offer this as part of our standard service. Although possible, we review this on a per-project basis.
Can you add fixtures and fittings? For example a kitchen?
We do not offer this as part of our standard service. Although possible, we review this on a per-project basis.
Are the snapshots staged?
Yes, once the staging process is complete any snapshots captured in the workshop thereafter will also be staged.
Will the Dollhouse be staged?
No, we do not stage the Doll house as part of our staging process.
Will the link change?
The URL remains the same throughout the process.
Can I supply my own 3D models?
We do not offer this as part of our standard service. Although possible, we review this on a per-project basis.
Do you offer partial staging?
Yes, just let us know where in the tour you require staging.
What if I want my tour to be reverted back to unstaged?
If you want your tour to be reverted back to its original state please let us know.
