Virtual Staging made real

London based property technology leading the way in photo real virtual staging

Since March 2020 and just in time for Covid, VRPM has been leading the way in Virtually Staging Virtual Tours.

Staging and virtual staging are not new concepts in themselves, empty properties are often furnished physically at great cost to enhance the space and entice potential occupants. Following that, empty photos were staged digitally. However, in a remote world, a handful of photos don't give you what a fully featured virtual tour can, the ability to explore and understand the space.

The rise of Virtual Tours on the Matterport platform has led to a worldwide desire to dress these empty spaces and that is the technical challenge that VRPM has positioned itself to overcome. The London-based prop-tech company has developed its own proprietary toolset to allow the complete Virtual Staging of Virtual Tours on any platform, anywhere in the world.

VRPM Virtually Staged the Arts Building in the summer of 2020, a year prior to the space being acquired by Oval Real Estate in May 2021.

Physically staged, ready to occupy October 2022

In the last couple of weeks, VRPMs Virtual capture team has been back to capture the space for real this time and the results have been genuinely exciting to see. For VRPM, it clearly demonstrates the realism, design capability and attention to detail that can be achieved through Virtual Staging.

We have developed a toolset that allows us to complete this technical challenge in a unique way. This means we can put more of our resources into the design. Virtually staged tours like this can be designed and completed in as little as 72 hours. The next step is onboarding furniture and fit-out companies to market their products in this virtual space. It is a step toward a much more integrated customer experience
